To reduce the risk of serious injury to yourself and others please follow these rules.
USE OF PLAY EQUIPMENT
- To ensure personal safety and minimise the risk of harm, it is essential for children to adhere to the guidelines and limitations provided at each play facility.
- Proper and responsible utilisation of all equipment is mandatory. In the event of any accidents, kindly inform one of our staff members promptly.
- It is compulsory for everyone to wear socks within the play zones, as neither shoes nor bare feet are allowed. In case you need them, socks are available for purchase.
- Enjoy your playtime responsibly while prioritising safety and enjoyment!
supervision
- Continuous supervision of children is necessary to ensure their safety at all times.
- Kindly keep an eye on your belongings, as Jumpin Joeys cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Any form of bullying, offensive language, rough play, or deliberate damage is strictly prohibited. Parents, carers and children who fail to comply with these rules will be promptly asked to leave, and no refunds will be provided. .......................................................................................................................................................................................................................
food and drinks
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of baby formula, milk, and water.
- For booked parties, birthday cakes are allowed but must be consumed in designated areas, not in the general area.
- If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please inform a staff member. We regretfully cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products due to the diversity of our supply chain.
health & hygiene
- We strongly urge parents and children to practice good hygiene by washing their hands and using hand sanitizers before and after engaging in play activities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
- If you or your child have recently experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the past 48-72 hours, we kindly request that you refrain from visiting Jumpin Joeys. Children and parents suspected of having a contagious illness will not be granted access to the facility.
