PLAN YOUR VISIT

We open 7 days a week from 10am to 3.30pm (Mon-Fri, outside school holidays) and 10am to 4pm (Sat-Sun and during school holidays), except for some public holidays. 

While we warmly welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance, especially for weekends, to ensure a seamless experience without any regrets. 

WEEKDAYS (excluding School Holidays) = Unlimited Play 

WEEKENDS and SCHOOL HOLIDAYS are split in three sessions:

Session 1:     10.00am - 11.45amSession 2:     12.00pm - 1.45pmSession 3:     2.00pm - 3.45pm 

Our sessions go for 1h and 45 min. Please be mindful of session end times, as the venue must be fully vacated prior to commencing the next session.

safety and security

At Jumpin Joeys, we take the safety and security of children very seriously. Our play equipment undergoes daily safety checks and a regular playground audit by a certified safety inspector. There are CCTV cameras installed around the centre to ensure the safety of our customers and to protect the premises. We also have a secure gate for entering and exiting the premises. 

Children must be actively supervised at all times, and everyone must comply with the instructions and restrictions displayed at each play area.
